Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dripl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service Description

Dripl is a Telegram automation platform that enables users to schedule messages, auto-forward content between channels and groups, manage multiple Telegram accounts, and view analytics. The Service operates via the Telegram API and requires valid Telegram account credentials.

Registration & Account Security

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dripl to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate Telegram's Terms of Service

Distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material

Impersonate individuals or organizations

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team within 14 days.

Intellectual Property

The Dripl platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Dripl and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content (messages, templates, rules). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Dripl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, lost profits, or Telegram account restrictions resulting from your actions through the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
